We dispatch most orders using Australia Post Registered mail, a signature is required  for the parcel, if no one is in attendance then Australia Post will leave a card and you will have to collect your order from the nearest post office. We trust that the Australian Postal service can deliver with in the stated time frames please see below. Please accept our apologies should your order not be delivered within these time frames…. we will always track any order that has been delayed and report back to you.

2 Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network. The national next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and for Perth between CBDs only) and some major centres.

3 Our regular parcel service delivers in 2 or more business days. Delivery times will vary depending on lodgement and destination points. For more information on delivery times to your area, check our calculate postage and delivery times tool.

Larger items are shipped via Courier Please or similar freight company by road. These deliverers can take 7 to 10 days depend on your location. Country areas take longer to arrive.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. The intention to return an item must be notified to us
within 3 days after you have received your order.

All products must be in perfect condition, unopened and in packaging.

For reason of hygiene the return product must be unworn and unused.

We are willing to change an item with another one of the same value.

We do not refund if you changed your mind or chose the wrong size, colour etc. If a product has a defect we are willing to exchange.

Shipment cost cannot be refunded.

In case of a return due to us sending you the wrong order (we are human and sometimes make mistakes) . Shipment cost for re-sending a new item is free.

Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. Our products are brand new and have not been used.
If a product arrives that looks damaged, dirty, resealed immediately file a claim with the carrier. Save all original packing material for inspection.
All items must be returned in the original packaging.
